Updating and homogenization of the SCADA system in 77 plants of the same customer.

Context
Updating and homogenization of the SCADA system in 77 plants of the same customer.
A customer with 77 photovoltaic plants in operation had different SCADA systems in different states of service, with no standard media communication engineering. Clervin approached the project with a holistic approach, upgrading the engineering and homogenizing the control center of all installations into a single system.
The challenge
The dispersion of systems and the lack of a common communications standard made plant management difficult, limited device integration and slowed incident response.
"77 plants with heterogeneous SCADA systems and no standard communication."
The solution
An engineering study was carried out to expand and standardize the communications of all devices. The upgrade made it possible to integrate inverter controls, substations and CPA automation in the same environment, as well as to standardize all SCADAS, thus achieving a single, scalable control center.
"A single SCADA system that integrates inverters, substations and CPA automation."
The results
- Integration of all plants in a single control center, with centralized monitoring.
- Agile access to resources and KPIs, favoring early warning of production losses.
- Increased efficiency in supervision and reduction of response times.
"Centralized monitoring and immediate access to KPIs."
"A single SCADA system"
